I was very pleased with the work carried out, however I did feel the booking of the vehicle in was a problem, on the phone waiting 3 times for well over half an hour , i assume the bookings are carried out at a central office elsewhere

I had major problems getting my car booked in for its service and MOT, leading to my MOT expiring. I spent a week trying to get my car booked in - apparently the person who looks after service bookings was on holiday & no one was covering this.

Difficult to get a time for collection of my car, going in for a service.

They dealt with the issue promptly however, despite booking the car in and getting a reference number etc, they had no space for the booking so it had to be pushed back 4 days. However after that the issue was resolved successfully.

I was planning to catch a bus to the station and then train from Haslemere back to Petersfield but the garage stepped in and gave me a lift to the station! Saved about 20 minutes.

The central booking system for the group is not as efficient or personal for the customer as the old system of talking directly to the service department in Hindhead

My car said I required a service but is was in fact caused by a break pad sensor cable having been eaten through. Fault was found quickly and efficiently. Enjoyed the video. Great idea. Car returned promptly.

My car was picked up from home for a service. It transpired that I needed an MOT test as well so Andrew Torrance managed to squeeze me in. The car was cleaned and returned on the same day. Very impressed with the service
