Service dept. at Barons Hindhead is excellent. Quick efficient and extremely helpful. No question is a silly question.

not good service. Left vehicle for service and MOT, no courtesy vehicle and no offer of a lift home. When collecting vehicle, the paperwork was incorrect and vehicle needed 2 new tyres.

Very poor attention from staff on desk, nobody able to explain the functions of the sport button, staff hard to get hold of.

No problems, only took a couple of hours, but it was just a vehicle check, the car now has to go back in a couple of months for brake pads it would be better if it had all been done at once

The service chap I spoke to was very rude, I overheard him muttering stupid bleep about myself. The courtesy car had only 19 miles left of fuel in tank, I had to return the car.

The car should have been cleaned and the windows were dirty, they tried to sell me new front steering bushes and exhaust bracket on inspection at another garage advised these were fine.

The interior of the car had not been vacuumed at all in the back, and only halfheartedly in the front unlike Vines who do a very thorough job whenever they have the car in for anything,
