The week leading up to the handover was poor as was the physical delivery of my new car. It was not clean there was no wow or excitement that you normally Experience with a new car. Plus due to errors I was left vulnerable for two days

The car was returned to Mini as the first repair did not work but experience was marred by 1 above. It remains to be seen if the problem reoccurs!
