The purchase went very well although as it was a new model not every detail was known about the spec so I do not have the comfort access on my new car which I would have liked. When I collected my car at the arranged time my car was not ready!

Booking my mini in was a nightmare. It took 3 attempts to actually pick the mini up. Due to very poor communication. Wrong address, didn t phone me. Came to collect car then told they couldn't guarantee a return time.
Barons of Hindhead Ltd carried out a good service as far as I can tell. However, their communications were appalling, they at no time gave me an estimate of how long the car would be in, and did not offer a courtesy car. Twice failed to call me back.
Took car in Friday morning for service & to fix tyre valve. Barons promised car would be ready Saturday. Nobody called me to say car was ready and I called Barons multiple times but the phone is never answered. Collected car Sunday. Poor service.

I found the service staff to be uncooperative.the service manager was both patronising & demeaning. I felt that he only acted this way as I am female! I was given a courtesy car that was an automatic, I have never driven an automatic car in my life.
I was charged for a bulb replacement which was not done. I was told that I would be telephoned to arrange another time for it to be done but noone rang me

Communication extremely poor. Phone system not working properly. Time it took to repair my car. Generally been passed around the houses!
I was given conflicting information about the service and MOT. Now wondering if the work that was carried out was actually necessary or not. This is the second time this has happened so quite concerned.
Work completed satisfactorily and got it done at fairly short notice
We have dealt with Barons Mini for many years; two cars purchased through same Sales Representative, James.
I was kept informed throughout my build of my car but did not score completely satisfied due to car not being supplied with mats.
Again Jack made the ordering etc very easy

James Goode's my salesperson has sold me all of my cars and has looked after an old bird extremely well when as in this case there have been considerable changes in the car ,these have been gone through thoroughly , helps a lot when you are older.
