There was confusion on the garage side which delayed the service and repairs. Also they were short staffed and should look at their internal processes to manage information between telephone and engineering people.

Activity in workshop could be better communicated. The email received did not adequately explain fault & action taken and the 'video' did not show the workshop activity, which could have answered our question & avoided need to visit Service Manager

Good communication from service advisor. I think his name is Andy. No chasing for updates. He called as soon as I received the VHC to let me know car was ready to collect.

Baron's have nice people but they are very difficult to get through to. When you do, a big issue is their lack of knowledge relating to software and vehicle controls. On the last two visits I've had my settings wiped.

A few days after my mini service a warning came up saying my tyre pressures were low! When I checked them they were only 1.9 bar should be 2.4 bar Shouldn't the tyre pressures have been checked in the service? previous services my car was cleaned!

Booked in for repair under warranty. Delivered the car at 8.15am. 4pm I rang to see if I could collect it. They hadn't even looked at it and I had to leave the car overnight. They also did not fully fix the fault and I had to book the car in again.

We arranged for collection at 1100; however, the car was not ready due to a code not available to set up the Sat Nav. We agreed to return 2 hours later but still the code was not available. I took the car and returned 2 days later for rectification

I wasn't informed that my car had failed it's MOT until 4.15pm which meant I couldn't pick my children up on time and had difficulty with making alternative arrangements last minute.

The purchase went very well although as it was a new model not every detail was known about the spec so I do not have the comfort access on my new car which I would have liked. When I collected my car at the arranged time my car was not ready!
