The service team are appalling at managing expectations. I have had numerous problems with my car, they haven't even diagnosed correctly what is wrong, so have had to take this to another garage. Mini customer service are now dealing with this.

Had a problem with windscreen washers, thought it was fixed but they blocked again, second time took it back and they were so apologetic and couldn't do enough for me. Problem solved and no trouble since

Hard to get hold of service department on phone in afternoon when needed to pick car up. All mechanics / phone staff were busy for a good 5-10 phone attempts.

One of the two cars spec was slightly different from expected as a post order modification had not been fitted. It should have had a heated windscreen but did not.

At the point of dropping my car it was noted that a sensor was indicating need for a service. At the point of collection no issue was mentioned. Since which I have noticed the message still displays at engine start but can't speak to anyone

The driver that collected my car drove over my garden and left tyre marks, my car was returned with a slow puncture, my Apple car play was disconnected and a password added which I was not informed about I left numerous messages/emails no call back

Poor sales experience - delivery of vehicle went beyond the 6-8 weeks promised. Incredibly slow to respond generally, unnecessary complications with reg plate transferral, time consuming handover, charged for cancelled product without consent
